PS: I am not seeking sympathy or solace. I am just sharing a story of my life with you. To me, it's worth sharing a personal story such as this one if it helps someone in some way. That's all. I don't know why I always feel so down in the morning. I never feel bad at night, it's always the mornings that are tough for me. It was a Sunday morning and I was just spiraling down and down dwelling on a special moment in the past. I was in a waiting room and I thought I would have to excuse myself because I was so consumed by this memory and it was working up my emotions.
